2. Orders and Products

All products are made to order and fulfilled through professional print partners.

Before completing a purchase, customers should review:

Grant’s Birds carefully curates available photographs, aspect ratios, and print sizes to ensure that offered products are suitable for each selected image.

Product availability, pricing, and options may change at any time without notice.

3. Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders may be produced, packaged, and shipped by third-party professional print providers.

While Grant’s Birds works with trusted fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Grant’s Birds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or events beyond reasonable control.

4. Print Quality and Color

Every photograph is carefully prepared for printing. Images are edited and exported using professional photography workflows to provide high-quality prints.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials due to differences in monitor calibration, display settings, lighting conditions, paper/material characteristics, and printing processes.

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.

5. Print Sizes and Image Preparation

Print sizes offered for each photograph are selected based on the image’s resolution, crop, composition, and intended presentation.

Customers may only purchase print sizes that are available for the selected photograph. Grant’s Birds does not intentionally offer print sizes that exceed the recommended limits for an image.

Because photographs have different compositions and aspect ratios, available sizes may vary between images.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because each print is custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order placed, please contact Grant’s Birds within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement or refund at the discretion of Grant’s Birds.

7. Copyright, Credit, and Usage Rights

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership.

Customers receive ownership of the physical print only. All photographs, digital files, and related creative works remain the intellectual property of Grant’s Birds.

Images may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, downloaded, redistributed, published, modified, used to create derivative works, submitted to artificial intelligence systems, or used commercially without written permission.

If photographs are shared online, displayed publicly, or used in a way where attribution is appropriate, credit to Grant’s Birds is requested.
